The best-selling fitness equipment of 2022 tested
The Buff Dudes say these are the best-selling fitness equipment of 2022, but they don't say where that information comes from. It can be a quick Google search for Amazon's best-selling fitness equipment of 2022, and it can also focus on a single country.
From number 5 to 1, here are the best-selling fitness equipment of 2022.
5. U-shaped twister
The U Shape Twister is an arm trainer in which you can train your biceps or triceps. It can also be used for your adductors between your legs.
They gave it a 2 star review, saying it was something you might get excited about, but won't use once you get it.
4. The Power Ring
It is a small ring with a steel ball inside and you will use centrifugal force to move the ring. It's more like an isometric exercise, and in their opinion, this piece of equipment could not replace a dumbbell or kettlebell for any exercise.
Also 2 out of 5 stars.
3. Water training bag
This is a bag that you fill with water and use as training equipment, sort of replacing a sandbag. While the idea is to take this gear on trips, the Buff Dudes say it would be difficult to fill this bag in a sink because of the way it's made.
3 out of 5 stars.

2. Abdominal belt
The Abdominal Belt comes with a terrifying warning that if you use the product incorrectly, it is "strongly possible to cause death and serious injury".
The belt had 18 levels of intensity, but the Buff Dudes only managed to hit level 4, claiming it was incredibly painful.
It received 1 star out of 5.
1. Hula Hoop Redux
This hoop promises not to fall off, and with just 30 minutes a day, it can shrink your waistline. However, the Budd Dudes and Girls didn't like it, it fell and even broke while they were using it.
Needless to say 1 star out of 5.
