THE METHOD

We believe that CrossFit and military training are closely related.

One of the most difficult challenges in a profession like the military, and in physical training, is finding the best combination of volume and intensity.

We believe that such goals can be achieved by being able to integrate varied exercises and functional movements throughout one's sessions.

We have worked alongside thousands of athletes, soldiers, police officers, of all levels, for thousands of hours: this is what has allowed us to acquire the necessary experience.

As part of your preparation, you will also find specific progressions, daily movement drills and accessory work that we use to improve your overall fitness and technique.

We never wanted our trainings to be passive experiences, but one where your journey becomes our journey and we are passionate about sharing it with you.

THE STORY

Originally, 2 passionate and military friends, faced with a dilemma: the impossibility of having access to a box on a mission, and the lack of training equipment.

Under these conditions, we made the choice to adapt the existing cross-training movements to our environment. From these years of training, the programs presented to you today result.

It is also thanks to the athletes who have trained us, as we have progressed, that we feel legitimate in presenting these programs to you. Here, you will not find any miracle physical preparation, no dazzling promises.

Just hard work , sweat , and a lot of passion .

In our opinion, CrossFit is more than a sport. It is a lifestyle, a way of life that follows you everywhere, wherever you are, whatever your training room, that you can practice regardless of your profession.
