In July's Reebok CrossFit games, you'll see one of the biggest mass gatherings of the year of the sharpest bodies in the world, on par with the Olympics or the World Cup.
Looking up and down the men's field, I hope you'll be motivated to hit the gym with enthusiasm this summer. As for women, you probably also covet some of their muscles, perhaps in different ways.
Here is a list of 10 of the most beautiful women you will see competing this summer. As everyone says these days, the new sexy is strong.
Alexandra LaChance (North Central)
With striking muscular features in every part of her body topped with a warm smile, LaChance is a recently converted CrossFitter who has only been working there since early 2013.
As you can imagine, she was no slouch before that, she was an All-American Gymnast at the University of Arkansas and also did some modeling.
LaChance emerged as the overall winner in the North Central region, finishing in the top five in all but one of the seven events.
Julie Foucher (Central East)

A brunette who looks like a girl next door outside the gym, but in workout gear she puts some serious strength in the spotlight.
At 25, Foucher is young but has always been around the block on the CrossFit circuit, and she may be reaching her peak years as an athlete.
She ran away with first place in the Central East region, winning four of the seven events outright.
Annie Thorisdottir (Europe)
The two-time CrossFit Games champion (2011 and 2012) was sidelined with injuries last year and couldn't match Rich Froning's successful run in a triple round in the men's draw.
This year, the former gymnast/ballet dancer will be looking to pick up where she left off. She has already won her European regional competition, so she is on the right track.
She will bring with her one of the world's most impressive Six-Packs, which constantly seems to have been tweaked.
Margaux Alvarez (Northern California)
Another talented multi-sport athlete, Alvarez is set to compete in her second straight Games after finishing third in her region (she's still relatively new – three years ago she volunteered at regionals to see what's up). was acting).
Her upper body might not look as muscular as some of her competition, but make no mistake, she's in good shape.
Alvarez dominated the events that included weight training, legless rope climbs and ring dips to fuel another trip to the Games.
Tiffany Hendrickson (South West)
Another former college gymnast, Hendrickson is a 33-year-old family woman who also has the ability to lift over 300 pounds.
She actually slipped one spot to second place in her region behind the ever-improving Amanda Goodman, but although she was unable to defend her regional title, she still won three individual events and beat CrossFit icon Andrea Ager for a spot at the Games.
Rebecca Voigt (N. California)

Voigt is an intense CrossFitter who has become a main event mainstay at Reebok. This will be her seventh consecutive appearance at the Games, more than any other woman.
Voigt finished second in Northern California for the third straight year, contributing to Lindsey Valenzuela's fourth-place clash in the region, which will rule out the 2013 CrossFit Games finalist/NoCal Games champion this year (most regions , including this one, only have three offers. A few others have one or two).
Voigt is just a consistent, resilient athlete, and of course, an attractive athlete.
Lauren Fisher (Northern California)
Although not completely unknown before the Regionals, it is still very hard to believe that the 20-year-old also contributed to Valenzuela's early exit by putting in strong performances in all seven events to clinch third place in the his region and qualify for his first Games.
Fisher is a student and claims to schedule her workouts around her classes, so who knows what's possible as she matures as an athlete and frees up her schedule a bit more when she graduates. Perhaps the most exciting newcomer to the Games this year.
Jenn Jones (South Center)

Jones is coming off the South Central region for the second year in a row.
Now she will be looking to tackle the ambitious task of surpassing her impressive sixth-place finish at last year's CrossFit Games. This traveling nurse has struck the perfect balance between career and training (hence her muscular physique), and despite a lingering injury from last season, she looks set to have another solid run in July.
Denae Brown (Australia)
Brown's pregnancy and the birth of her child have kept her out of the Games for the past two years. (She actually qualified in 2012 but found out about the pregnancy soon after.)
This year she is ready to go and has returned to the best form of her life in impressive fashion, winning the Australian regional tournament.
Her stunning features and her title as the strongest woman in Australia are undoubtedly the envy of mothers all over the world.
Camille Leblanc-Bazinet (Canada East)

Already well-known as one of the sexiest CrossFit icons in the world, Leblanc-Bazinet backed up her notoriety by winning the Canada East region, finishing with a more dominant performance than any other woman in a regional victory by winning six of the seven events (in this other event she finished second).
However, it might be worth noting that she was just as excellent at regionals last year to finish 16th overall at the CrossFit Games, so she still has to find a way to perform on the big stage. .
Either way, Camille will still manage to make it into our top 10.
