3 rounds of 3 minutes - AMRAPs (as many repetitions as possible):
20 alternating jumping lunges
10 hand release pumps
20 V-ups
1 minute rest between each 3 minute round.
About the Athlete
After finishing second at the CrossFit Games in 2015 and 2016, Tia-Clair Toomey has since won three consecutive titles, as well as weightlifting gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in her native Australia.
“At the beginning of each interval, we’re going to start over from the beginning,” says Toomey, who recommends practicing with music.
