If the coronavirus (aka COVID-19) pandemic has your city in lockdown and you can't get to the gym, the easiest thing to do is relax and binge watch Netflix while you quarantine. But for the many gym-goers stuck at home, strength training is more important than ever right now.

Contrary to popular belief, an effective workout can be done with nothing more than your body weight—and in 10 minutes. All you need is a floor and gravity.

There’s no doubt that coronavirus is a serious health crisis, but if you’re healthy, you don’t have to let it take control. Try the workout below if you’re looking for a way to get in a workout while you’re practicing social distancing.


10 Minute Complete WOD


Do as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes. For the last four moves (aka a military plank), stay in the pushup position.
