Programme de haut niveau

Bonjour je dois reconnaître que c'est une très bonne approche pour l'entraînement de the witcher mais néanmoins il demande un gros travail corporel et il est surtout valable pour des sportifs de haut niveau pour les autres il faudra revoir les bases du travail au poids de corps et a l'épée européenne. Sinon un très bon livre qui donne de bonne bases. Merci et a très bientôt.
